妊娠高血压综合征患者内皮素-1、胰岛素样生长因子-1水平与新生儿出生体重关系的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨妊娠高血压综合征 (PIHS)患者血浆内皮细胞因子和胰岛素样生长因子水平与新生儿出生体重 (NBW )的关系。方法 :用放射免疫法测定 33例PIHS患者和 32例正常妊娠者的血浆内皮素 1(ET 1)、胰岛素样生长因子 (IGF 1)水平 ,收集的临床资料输入计算机分析。结果 :PIHS患者NBW与正常妊娠组差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,重度妊高征患者的血浆ET 1水平显著高于正常妊娠和轻度妊高征组 (P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1) ,并与NBW呈明显的负相关 (r =- 0 .2 86 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;重度妊高征组的IGF 1水平显著低于正常妊娠组。NBW随PIHS患者严重程度的加剧而降低 ,各组间差异有显著性 (P =0 .0 2 )。结论 :ET 1和IGF 1在PIHS的发病中可能起重要的作用 。 Objective:To explore the relationship between the levels of plasma endothelin 1 (ET 1), insulin like growth factor 1 (IGF 1) and the neonatal birth weight (NBW) in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome (PIHS).Method:Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the levels of plasma ET 1, IGF 1 in 33 patients with PIHS and 32 normal pregnancies.Results:There was significant difference in NBW between PIHS group and normal pregnancy (P<0.05). There was significant difference in ET 1 among the patients with severe PIHS, normal pregnancy and mild PIHS (P<0.05,P<0.01).Significant negative correlation was found between ET 1 and NBW (r=-0.286,P<0.05).The levels of IGF 1 in severe PIHS group were obviously lower than those in normal pregnancy group.The decreasing of NBW was significantly associated with the severity of PIHS(P=0.002).Conclusion:The ET 1and IGF 1 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of PIHS, and they have a positive correlation with the development of fetus and NBW.
