抗TNF-α疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎

Study of anti-TNFα therapy in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis

摘要 强直性脊柱炎(Ankylosing Spondylitis,AS)是一种以累及脊柱和骶髂关节为特征的系统性炎性疾病,临床上主要表现为炎性腰背痛、僵硬与活动受限,部分患者可有外周关节炎、肌腱端病、眼炎及其它关节外表现.多数AS患者对疾病教育、功能锻炼、非甾类抗炎药物(NSAIDs)以及病情缓解药等治疗措施反应良好.尽管有上述治疗方法,对有顽固性髋与中轴关节疾病,或有关节外表现的AS患者,病情多难以控制,部分患者可致残.
