摘要
本文应用扫描电镜对年龄相同、民族不同的青年男女百会穴处的头发毛干进行了对比观察。目的在于通过毛小皮的结构特征,探讨遗传与民族形成的源缘关系。我们发现毛干毛小皮的形态及鳞片瓦样覆盖的形式虽各不尽相同,但从大体轮廓来看,百会穴处头发毛干纹理的组合格局与遗传即血缘有着密切的关系。
The authors have studied 7 section of head—hair with SEM in Baihui point on the scalp.
The material were taken from 4 healthy boy students studying in Lanzhou Medical College.They are
from Meng and Zang nationalities in Gansu Province.3 healthy girls students studying in Xinjiang Medical
College.They are from Ozbek and Tatar nationalities in Xinjiang UygurAutonomous Region.
The ultrastructure of the cuticle surface in the hair shaft is distinctively seen.The cells of the outermost
layer are in an imbricative arrangment.The imbricative cells may roughly be divided into 2 types,namely,
Meng—Zang type and Ozbek—Tatar type.The Meng and Zang nationalies are the descendents of yellow
race,but the Ozbek and Tatar nationalities are mainly the later periods of yellow race and white race half—
blood.
Cuticle cluster analysis to the hair of the 7 youths shows different.In indistinct concept the constitution
of the hair shafts in Baihui point on the scalp may be with relations to each nationality form,namely,to
blood relationship.
