十种中药的抑菌作用

The Bacteristaesis of Ten Chinese herbal Medicines

选用十种不同剂型的中药对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌进行了纸碟法抑菌试验。结果表明:墓头回对三种细菌均有抑菌作用,18—β甘草次酸钠对G^+菌有抑菌作用,扶正活力合剂仅对枯草杆菌有抑制作用;其他中药没有抑菌作用;有些中药如党参多糖等还有促进细菌生长的作用。

We observed the bacteriostasis of ten herbal medicines on staphylococcus aureus,E coli and B subtilis by paper-dish method. The results showed that Patriuia scabra Bunge had bacteriotasis on all three bacteria. 18-β sodium glycyrrehetic acid had suppressive effect on Gram positive bacteria and Fu-zheng mixture only on B subtilis. Other herbs were proved not have bacteriostasis. Mean while ,we bound that Codonopsis pilosula Diels can improve the growth of bacteria.
