Prevention and treatment of complications of knee arthroscopic surgery

目的 总结膝关节镜手术的并发症 ,探讨其预防治疗措施。 方法 回顾分析 1997年 3月～ 2 0 0 2年 3月施行的 6 5 8例 6 79膝关节镜手术结果。 结果 本组并发症总的发生率为 6 8% (4 6 6 79) ,关节内血肿、浅表感染、关节粘连、止血带麻痹、器械断裂、意外损伤分别为 2 7% (18 6 79)、0 4 % (3 6 79)、1 5 % (10 6 79)、0 6 % (4 6 79)、1 2 % (8 6 79)、0 4 % (3 6 79)。本组无血管损伤、关节内感染、神经损伤、深静脉栓塞、筋膜间室综合征等并发症发生。 结论 膝关节镜手术并发症总的发生率相对较低且轻 ,大多数并发症经过及时处理可以治愈。

Objective To summarize complications of knee arthroscopic surgery and the prevention and treatment for the complications. Methods A review of 679 knee arthroscopic operations in 658 patients from March 1997 to March 2002 was carried out. Results The incidence of all complications was 6.8% (46 of 679). Incidences of hemarthrosis, superficial infection, fibroarthrosis, tourniquet paresis, instrument breakage and accidental damage were 2.7% (8 of 679), 0.4%(3 of 679), 1.5%(10 of 679), 0.6%(4 of 679), 1.2% (8 of 679) and 0.4% (3 of 679), respectively. No popliteal vessel injury, intra-articular infection, neurological injury, deep venous thrombosis or compartment syndrome occurred in this group. Conclusions The incidence of complications of knee arthroscopy is relatively low. Most of them are mild and curable, if prompt treatment is given.
