摘要
本文观察了分别从甘肃产纹党参及栽培之潞党参中提取出的纹党多糖(CPPS—W)及潞党参多糖(CPPS—L)对正常小鼠及免受抑小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。结果表明,CPPS—W可使正常小鼠脾重增加,胸腺重量减轻,并能逆转DXM所致免疫受抑小鼠的脾重减轻。CPPS—L对正常小鼠及免疫受抑小鼠的脾脏及胸腺重量作用不显著。两种多糖均可促进正常小鼠、并改善免疫受抑小鼠的腹腔M吞噬功能。对正常小鼠外周血淋巴细胞ANAE染色反应、DTH及淋巴细胞转化反应无明显影响,但对CY所致免疫受抑小鼠ANAE^+淋巴细胞率及DTH有恢复作用。
From Wendang (the root of Codonopsis Pilosula native to Wen Xian County,Gansan Province)and Ludang(the root of Codonopsis Pilosula planted in Dingxi District, Gansu Province and produced in Shanxi province) ,we extracted Wendang polysaccharides(CPPS-L),and investigated the influence of CPPS-W and CPPS-L on cell-mediated immunity in normal and immunosuppresive mice. The results showed that CPPS -W could increase weight of the spleen,decrease that of the thymus and reverse the weight lightening of the thymus in the immunosuppresive mice. In addition, CPPS-W and CPPS-L had no obvious effects to the weight of the spleen and the thymus in the normal and immunosuppresive mice. Both CPPS-W and CPPS-L could enhance the phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophages in the normal and immunosuppresive mice. CPPS-W and CPPS-L had no obvious effects to peripheral blood ANAE+lymphocyte ratio,DTH reaction and lymphocyte transformation ratio on the normal mice,but they could increase the ANAE + lymphocyte ratio and DTH reaction of the immunosuppresive mice. The results suggested that CPPS-W and CPPS-L have immunopotentiation and immunomodulation on cell-mediated immunity of the mice.
