摘要
本实验用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行追踪法研究了鼓室粘膜的感觉纤维分布。30％HRP注入家兔一侧鼓室粘膜的下方,动物存活48小时后,取其注射侧的三叉神经节作冰冻切片检查。结果发现三叉神经节的后外侧区规律地出现了较多的酶标记神经细胞,证实了鼓室粘膜是有三叉神经感觉纤维分布的。
The trigeminal sensory innervations to the tympanic cavity were examined using the horseradish peroxidase (HRP)method in rabbits.
After HRP application to the tympanic cavity HRP-labeled cells were found mainly in the posteriolateral portion of the trigeminal ganglion.
These results indicate that trigeminal nerve sensory fibers distribute to the tympanic cavity.
