摘要
本文报告了分别以猪囊尾蚴体表漂洗液、囊液和头节囊壁组织蛋白为抗原,与5份囊虫病人血清混合物反应的免疫印渍结果。同时对漂洗液抗原还做了与包虫抗血清的免疫印渍试验。结果显示:虫体漂洗液抗原与囊虫抗血清有7条沉淀带,其分子量分布在60kd——113kd之间,其中含有105kd之B抗原成分。而85kd、88kd和94kd的抗原组分与包虫病人血清有交叉反应,而集中分布于阴极区的105kd、109kd和113kd的大分子抗原组分为诊断囊虫病的理想抗原成分。
The antigens in rinsed fluid of Cysticercus cellulosae were analysed by means of Western-blotting, meanwhile,those of cystifluid and of larval tissue were used on control. The results showed antigens in rinsed fluid appeared seven reactive bands with serum mixture of 5 cases of cysticercosis patients and their molecular weights ranged from 60 kd to 113 kd, among these antigens components is B antigen (MW 105). It was demonstrated that the antigens components with molecular weights 85 kd, 88kd and 94kd had across-reaction against hydatid serum and that the antigens compontnts with molecular weights 105kd, 109kd and 113kd were satisfied with diagnosis of cysticercosis.
