摘要
本文报道了适合工业生产条件下提取纯甘草酸结晶的方法。该法用甘草根茎和根的粗粉通过氨水浸提、酸析和醇提制成单铵盐后,再用阳离子交换树脂脱铵,制得纯度较高的甘草酸结晶。
A process has been found. The process is suitable for extracting free glycyrrhizic acid from root of glycyrrhiza in pharmaceutical factory. In this process, (1)to soak root of glycyrrhiza with ammonia water, (2)to deposit glycyrrhizic acid with inorganic acid in the aqueous extract, (3)to extract it from the deposition with alcohol, (4)change it into ammonium in the alcohol extraction and (5)desalting by means of ion exchange process are involved. The purity of product reached 98 per cent.
