肝癌患者血清P-选择素测定及临床意义

The clinical value of serum P-selection in invasion and metastasis of liver cancer

目的 研究肝癌患者血清P selection (P sel)在肝癌复发和转移中的作用。方法 采用ELISA法分别测定原发性肝癌患者和对照组血清P 选择素的含量 ,同时测定AFP含量。结果 肝癌患者P sel含量显著高于正常人 ,且与AFP含量呈线性正相关 ,术后 2周浓度降低 ;P sel含量以Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ期肝癌患者显著高于Ⅰ期患者 ;且大肝癌患者显著高于小肝癌患者 ,有癌栓组、有肝内转移组明显高于无癌栓组和无转移组。结论 P 选择素测定在原发性肝癌的诊断和检测术后复发方面有重要价值 ,联合检测AFP和sP sel可提高诊断敏感性。

Objective To study the effects of serum P selection in invasion and metastasis of live cancer. Methods P selection levels in serum of liver cancer patients and normal control were determined by ELISA .And AFP was measured in serum at the same time.Results Compared with normal control, the levels of P selection were elevated in liver cancer patients, and decreased about two weeks after operation.There was significant correlation between P selection and AFP. The P selection levels of Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ terms in liver cancer were higher than those of Ⅰ terms patients. Compared with the levels of large tumor patients, small tumor had marked difference and the concentration had significantly statistic difference between different those of tumor patients whether have pv emboli and metastasis in liver or not.Conclusion P selection has great clinical value to determine invasion and metastasis in liver cancer patients, and could improve clinical sensitivity when united with AFP.
