The Method for Determination of Seven Organophosphorus Pesticides Residue in Vegetables

本文针对7种有机磷农药在蔬菜中的农药残留,建立快速的测试方法.以HP-608毛细管柱为分离柱,火焰光度检测器检测,外标法计算.方法最低检出浓度0.01~0.04 mg/kg,蔬菜样品中的添加浓度为0.1~1.0 mg/kg时,添加回收率为73.4%~82.6%.

A quickly method for determination of seven organophosphorus pesticides residue in vegetables was studied by HP-608 capillary column and FPD detector. Extra standard was used for calculation. The detector limit range was 0.02 ~ 0.04 mg/kg. Recoveries of the fortified samples at different concentration levels (0.01~0.04 mg/kg) were ranged at 73.4%~82.6%.
