电针对急性脑缺血大鼠局部脑血流和脑梗死体积的影响 被引量:30

Effects of Elector-acupuncture on Regional Cerebral Blood Flow and Infarction Volume in Rat Model of Acute Focal Cerebral Ischemia

摘要 目的 研究电针对急性脑缺血 /再灌注损伤模型大鼠的局部脑血流和脑梗死体积的影响。方法 大脑中动脉线栓法( MCAO )建立大鼠局部脑缺血再灌注模型 ,电针“水沟”和“百会”穴 ,激光多普勒血流仪监测局部脑血流 ,检查神经功能缺损程度和脑梗死体积。结果  MCAO引起局部脑血流显著下降 ,电针能使局部脑血流显著增加。电针增加脑血流的作用迅速且消失快。脑缺血 1h再灌注 2 4h,模型组神经功能缺损评分高 ,脑梗死体积大 ;而电针组大鼠神经功能缺损评分显著降低 ,脑梗死体积显著减小。结论 电针能快速增加缺血局部脑血流量 ,缩小脑梗死体积 ,保护神经功能。 Objective To assess the effects of electro-acupuncture (EA) on regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and cerebral infarct volume in a rat model of acute focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion. Methods A rat model of acute focal ischemia was built with middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) technique and then treated with electro-acupuncture at acupoint “Shuigou” (GV 26) and “Baihui” (GV 20). Cortical rCBF was monitored before operation, ischemia 1 h and reperfusion 1h on each rat with laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) .The neurologic deficit score and infarction volume were determined after 24 h of reperfusion. Results rCBF of all rats significantly decreased immediately after MCAO. Within 2h , rCBF of model group was permanently lower, but rBCF was obviously increased when EA treatment. The increasing effect of EA on CBF was fast and transient. After ischemia 1h and reperfusion 24 h, rat neurologicl deficit score was high, and cerebral infarct volume was about 33.4% in model group. Otherwise, EA group, neurologic deficit score was lower , and cerebral infarct volume was only 4.5% in EA group. Conclusion EA can significantly increase rCBF, protect neural function and decrease cerebral infarction volume in a rat model of focal ischemia. Treatment with EA earlier on disease of cerebral ischemia has significantly therapeutic effects
