测定血肌钙蛋白T对急性胸痛患者预后的评价

目的 :探讨血肌钙蛋白 T(c Tn T)水平对急性胸痛患者预后的评估作用。方法 :用酶联免疫法测定 80例急性胸痛 c Tn T者水平 ,随访 6个月 ,随访终点为心脏事件。结果 :随诊期间 12例发生心脏事件 ,其中 92 %患者 c Tn T水平升高 ,c Tn T升高和正常组心脏事件发生率分别为 2 4 %和 3% (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :c Tn

Objective To evaluate the prognostic value of cardiactroponin T(cTnT) on patients with acute chest pain.Methods The plasma cTnT levels in 80 patients with acute chest pain by ELISA.Then the patients were followed up for six months.The end point was cardiac events which included myocardial infarction.Results 12 patients developed cardiac events and 92 % had elevated cTnT level,for the 80 patients, cardiac events were more frequent in those with elevated cTnT(24 % and 3 %,P<0.01).Conclusion cTnT levels of patients with acute chest pain are related with prognosis.
