摘要 针对油井大修侧钻后井眼尺寸变小,严重影响油井正常生产和防砂作业的情况,提出了大修井筛管完井防砂技术。2002年,针对辽河油田杜84特稠油区块出砂严重的难题,进行现场调研,开展相关的技术攻关,研制开发出问GQΦ146 mm筛管。经现场试验,该防砂技术满足了现场需求,为油井大修完井和防砂开辟了一条新路。 In accordance with the problem that hole size becomes smaller after workover by side - tracking, which seriously affects normal production and sand control operation, the technique of workover well completed by screen pipe for sand control is proposed. In the year 2002, field investigation had been carried out for sand producing problem in Du 84 super - heavy oil block in Liaohe oil province, and GQφ146 mm screen pipe had been developed. Field test shows that this technique satisfies practical needs, and opens a new way of work-over and sand control.
