自然杀伤细胞表面抗原在无症状人免疫缺陷病毒感染者/艾滋病患者中的表达 被引量:4

The expression of natural killer cell related antigen in HIV-seropositive non-AIDS and AIDS patients

摘要 目的 研究无症状人免疫缺陷病毒 (HIV)感染者和艾滋病患者外周血中自然杀伤(NK)细胞亚群在白细胞分化抗原 (CD) 3 - 淋巴细胞所占百分比的变化状况。方法 用流式细胞技术检测三色荧光抗体标记的 2 3例HIV感染者及 8名健康人外周血中各类NK亚群细胞表面抗原的表达和CD4 + T淋巴细胞绝对计数。结果 无症状HIV感染者和艾滋病患者外周血中的CD5 6 + CD16 +CD3- NK细胞亚群百分比 (均值分别为 2 4 69% ,2 4 90 % )均低于健康人 (均值 3 9 99% ,P <0 0 5) ;无症状HIV感染者CD5 6 - CD16 + CD3 - NK细胞亚群百分比 (均值 12 58% )明显高于健康对照组 (均值 6 51% ,P <0 0 1) ;艾滋病患者外周血中的CD5 6- CD16+ CD3- NK细胞亚群百分比 (均值15 47% )明显高于健康人 (均值 6 51% ,P <0 0 5) ;艾滋病患者的CD5 6 + CD16 - CD3 - NK细胞亚群百分比 (均值 3 50 % )明显低于无症状HIV感染者 (均值 6 75% ,P <0 0 5)。结论 HIV感染使NK细胞不同亚群在外周血中百分比发生变化 。 Objective To investigate the percentages of NK cells in the CD 3 - lymphocytes of the peripheral whole blood of HIV/AIDS patients. Methods The expressions of natural killer cell related antigen and CD 4 + T lymphocytes were enumerated by three-color immunofluorescence in 8 uninfected and 23 human immunodeficiency virus-infected adults. Results In the HIV/AIDS groups, the percentages of CD 56 +CD 16 + CD 3 - NK cells(the medium is 24 69 percent in the HIV-seropositive non-AIDS group; the medium is 24 90 percent in the AIDS group) were decreased (P<0 05)compare with the normal group(the medium is 39 99 percent), while the percentages of the CD 56 -CD 16 + CD 3 - NK cells(the medium is 12 58 percent in the HIV-seropositive non-AIDS group; the medium is 15 47 percent in the AIDS group) were increased compared with the normal group (the medium is 6 51 percent, P<0 05). In the AIDS group, the percentage of CD 56 +CD 16 -CD 3 -NK subset (the medium is 3 50 percent) was decreased compared with the HIV-seropositive non-AIDS group (the medium is 6 75 percent,P<0 05). Conclusion The percentages of NK cells′ different subsets were changed by HIV infection. That could be related to the disease progression.
