摘要 本文研究了缺锌对老年小鼠自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性的影响。实验小鼠分成三组:缺锌组(1.3μg/g锌)、缺锌饲养对对照组(58μg/g锌)和添锌对照组(58μg/g锌)。饲养4周后,缺锌组摄食量和体重显著低于添锌对照组(P<0.01),缺锌饲养对对照组体重也减轻,但没有缺锌组明显;缺锌组血浆锌值和NK细胞活性均显著低于两对照组(P<0.01),缺锌饲养对对照组与添锌对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究结果还表明,血浆锌值与NK细胞活性之间在三组中分别有正相关关系。认为缺锌可明显的损害老年小鼠NK细胞活性,而该损害可通过适当的补锌进行预防。 The effects of zinc deficiency on the spleen natural killer (NK) cell activity in aged mice were studied. 24-month-old male BALB/c mice were divided into three groups: group 1 fed the zinc deficient diet (1. 3μg/g Zn); group II fed the zinc supplemented diet (58μg/g Zn), but restricted to the average daily amount consumed by group I and group III fed the zinc supplemented diet ad libitum. All mice were fed for 4 weeks. The determinations of NK cell activity by using^(125) IUdR labeled YAC-1 cells as target cells and of plasma zinc level with atomic absorption spectrophotometry were performed in aged mice. The results showed that food intake and body weight gain were reduced significantly in group 1 mice than that in group II , the restricted mice had reduced body weight gain was reduced in group II but not so much as group I . The level of plasma zinc and spleen NK cell activity were both significantly lowered in group I than the other two groups. The study showed that there was a significantly positive correlation between the plasma zinc level and the spleen NK cell activity in these three different groups, It is suggested that zinc deficiency significantly impair the spleen NK cell activity in aged mice, which can be prevented by a adequate zinc supplementation.
