It is the brilliant objectives of the Communist Party of China抯 16th Congress to build a well-off society of a higher standard in an all-round way and to realize the people抯 overall development. This paper raises several suggestions as to how to build the above-mentioned society by analyzing the basic connotations of the well-off society and of the people?overall developments.
