摘要 碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)是一种具有多种生物学效应的细胞因子。目前对bFGF与黑色素关系的研究主要集中在bFGF对黑色素细胞的生长产生的影响和对黑色素生成的调控等方面 ,并进而探讨研究治疗黑色素相关疾病的机理 ,综述了在这些方面的研究进展。 bFGF has many biological activities.Recent studies on the correlation between bFGF and melanocyte have focused on melanotic influence and regulation by bFGF.The mechanism of melanin-related disease was explored.Recent research progress from abroad in this field was introduced.
