摘要
同步辐射 X射线荧光分析了安徽省 4个地区的沼虾 (Macrobrachium nipponesis)和米虾 (Caridinadenticulate sinensis)尾扇 9个样品中重元素含量 ;比较了 7种不同水环境中沼虾的元素含量 ,显示出虾中元素含量随水环境的不同而改变 ,其中 Mn/Fe或 Cu/Zn元素的比值强烈地与水环境富营养污染程度相关。生活在同一水环境中米虾的重元素 Br、Hg和 Pb的富集量分别是沼虾的 5 .0倍、2 .7倍和 2 .3倍。测量了老龄沼虾和成年沼虾的元素含量 ,发现老龄沼虾富集的 Hg和 Pb分别是成年虾的 5倍和 4倍 ,而 Cu和 Zn的含量却降低到成年虾的 1/8和
Nine kinds of fan-tails of Macrobrachium nipponesis and Caridina denticulata sinensis gathered from four different regions of Anhui province were analyzed by Synchrotron radiation X-ray fluorescence.The accumulated elements in Macrobrachium nipponesis living in seven different rivers or pools are varied with their living environment,and the ratios of Mn/Fe or Cu/Zn are strongly correlated to the level of super nutrition pollution in the water.The heavy elements of Br,Hg and Pb in Caridina denticulate sinensis are 5,2.7 and 2.3 times higher than that in Macrobrachium nipponesis from the same water.The elements in old and adult Macrobrachium nipponesis were measured.Results show that Hg and Pb contents in the old shrimp are 5 and 4 times higher than that in the adult shrimp,but the Cu and Zn contents are only 1/8 and 1/2 of the adult shrimp,respectively.
