本文采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了黄芩甙的含量。方法简单、快速、精密度好 ,回收率为 96.0 3%—10 2 .4 % ,相对标准偏差为 1.2 4 %。

The baicalin in bicoptis injection was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography.The proposed method is simple and rapid,with good precision.The recovery is in the rang of 96.03%—102.4% and the relative standard deviation is 1.24%.
