摘要
基于硫酸介质中甲醛能催化溴酸钾氧化灿烂甲酚蓝的反应 ,使其荧光淬灭 ,建立了催化荧光光度法测定痕量甲醛的新方法 ,线性范围为 0 .0 3— 0 .2 9mg·L-1,检出限为 8.4× 10 -6 mg·L-1。该法简便快速 ,常见物质干扰小 ,用于家居空气中痕量甲醛的测定 。
A catalytic spectrofluorimetry is developed for the determination of trace formaldehyde based on the catalytic effect of formaldehyde for the oxidation of Brilliant Cresol Blue (BCB) with potassium bromate in sulfuric acid medium.The linear range of the determination is 0.03—0.29mg·L -1 and the detection limit is 8.4×10 -6mg·L -1.The method is quick and simple and was applied to the determination of trace amounts of formaldehyde in air of new house with satisfactory results.
