电针对反流性食管炎模型大鼠作用机制的实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 [目的]探讨电针对反流性食管炎模型大鼠的作用机理。[方法]不全幽门结扎 +食管下端括约肌(LES)切开术制备酸性反流性食管炎模型大鼠,对电针后血浆胃动素、血清胃泌素、食管下段粘膜 pH值以及食管粘膜通透性变化的观察。[结果]经电针治疗后血浆胃动素、血清胃泌素、食管下段粘膜 pH值以及食管粘膜通透性均有提高 ,电针治疗组与正常对照组比较无显著性差异 (P>0.05)。[结论]借针刺内关、足三里增强胃肠平滑肌张力及免疫功能的作用 ,提高LES张力 ,并且通过提高血浆胃动素水平 ,来提高血清胃泌素水平 ,从而促进胃排空 ,提高食管下段粘膜 pH ,减少炎症刺激 ,改善食管粘膜的通透性 。 Objective To investigate the mechanisms of electric acupuncture in treating rats with reflux esophagitis. The acid reflux esophagitis models of rats were made by incomplete ligation of pylorus and the incision of cardiac sphincter. After the treatment with electric acupuncture the plasma Motilin, serum Gastrin, pH in lower esophagus and esophagus mucosa permeability were increased. There was no obvious difference between the treatment group and the normal group (P>0.05). [Conclusion] The electric acupuncture on Nei Guan and Zu San Li has regulating function for plasma Motilin and serum Gastrin. It can increase pH in lower esophagus, improve permeability of esophagus mucosa, and provided a basic treating method for treating reflux esophagitis in clinic.
