摘要本文在新一代网络教育应用系统——学习内容管理系统(LCMS)的研究基础上,结合已有的网络教育技术标准,深入底层探讨可重用学习对象(RLO)在学习内容管理系统中的构建模型以及内部元素构建原则,为教学设计人员和内容开发人员提供了一套构建策略。
