摘要
根据甘谷县生态环境建设综合治理项目区生态系统各组成要素的特点 ,运用效益指标体系 ,对该项目的生态、经济和社会效益进行了综合评价。结果表明 :经过综合治理 ,项目区水土流失治理率达 31 16 % ,林草覆盖度由 14 81%提高到 17 0 6 % ,年拦水 2 12 73万m3 ,拦泥 10 5 0 4万m3 ,保护植被 190 4 0 1hm2 ,增加灌溉面积 4 4 8 0 0hm2 ,使土地利用率提高了 37 4 0 % ,粮食产量提高了 6 73% ,人均收入由 982 0 0元提高到 1183 36元 ,年产值达 3 6 0万元 /hm2 ,投入产出比达 1∶1 14 ,利润率为 4 8 4 9% ,生态、经济和社会效益显著。
Based on the features of eco-system of Gangu County, the ecological, economic and social efficiency of the eco-environment construction program was comprehensively evaluated by using evaluation index system in this paper. The results indicated that 31.6% of water and soil erosion area were controlled, forest and grass coverage was increased from 14.81% to 17.16%; annual quantity of reserved water and mud were 2.13 × 10 4 m 3 and 1.05 × 10 4 m 3 respectively; 1904.01 hm 2 of vegetation were protected; irrigated land area, water utilization rate and grain yield were increased by 448.00 hm 2, 37.4% and 6.73% respectively; income per capita was increased from 982.00 Yuan RMB to 1 183.36 Yuan RMB; output value per year was 3.6 × 10 4 Yuan RMB/hm 2, input/output ratio was 1∶1.14 , profit rate was 48.49%. The program showed a significant ecological, economic and social efficiency.
