摘要
目的 :为了合理地使用卫生杀虫剂 ,有效控制蚊虫 ,在 5个现场测定了淡色库蚊对 3种常用复配杀虫剂的敏感性。方法 :采用WHO生物测试法。结果 :DDVP与三氯杀虫酯、残杀威与三氯杀虫酯复配共毒系数分别是 12 3 2 4~ 318 2 3、172 80~ 35 8 0 5 ,显示出较好的增效作用。DDVP与残杀威复配效果较差。结论 :当淡色库蚊产生抗药性后 ,应用有机磷或氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂与有机氯类混用 。
Objective:To use hygienic insecticides reasonably,control the insects efficiently and determine the susceptibility of culex pipiens pallens against insecticides. Methods: Bioassaying as WHO stipulates. Results: The synergistic coefficient of DDVP + acetophenate and propoxur + acetophenate against mosquitoes were 123.24~318.23 and 172.80~358.05 respectively. Lower synergistic coefficient was found when using DDVP + Propoxur. Conclusion: When the resistance appeared, the mixture of organochlorine with organophosphorus or carbamate could control mosquitoes effectively.
