家族文化视角中的美、日、中三国家族企业比较

Comparis on of Family Businesses among America,Japanand China in Family Cultural View

家族企业的产生是两种管理文化力量共同作用的结果,其一是社会传统文化中的家族文化,其二是西方工业文明中的工商管理文化。由于美、日、中三国的家族企业组织形式及其运作理念基本都是受西方工商管理文化的影响,因而应在许多方面表现一致,但实践证明,三者实际展现的组织性格和经营效率却相当不同。因此,本文从家族企业的另一个文化根基———家族文化着手去比较分析三国家族企业的差异,探讨其发展趋势。

The presence of family business is the result of two management cultures:one is traditional family culture,the other is occidental business administration culture.Owning to the same action of the occidental business administration culture,the form and operational conception of family business of America,Japan and China are so similar.However,their characteristics and operational efficiency are considerably different.Therefore,this paper analyzes the differences of family businesses of these three countries from the view of the other management cultural root,family culture,and compares their different trends.
