In the management of virtual enterprise,we should transact adjustment and conformity to each partner enterprises in order that the virtual enterprise get more benefits.Cooperation among partners is quite necessary,and it is based on trust relationship.We make some suggestions on how to establish and develop trust relationship between partner relationships in the virtual enterprise.
