本文根据四川省省委、省政府最近提出的“以优势企业为龙头,打造我省产业航母”的发展思路,选择了四川省最大的优势企业之一的长虹公司作为分析对象,对其与打造产业航母相关的各项基本财务指标进行了数量上的实证比较,指出长虹在打造产业航母中的优势和不足之处。通过对长虹公司潜在优势的理解,提出了长虹打造产业航母的战略构想和政府在长虹打造产业航母中应发挥的作用及相应的政策建议。

The paper chooses Sichuan Changhong Ltd,the most advanced enterprise in Sichuan,as the target to analyze,according to the development strategy that Sichuan provincial government puts forward to develop aircraft of industry leading by advantage enterprise.The paper compares quantitatively the related basic financial indexes and points out the advantages and the disadvantages of making Changhong aircraft of industry.Then the paper projects the strategy of making Changhong aircraft of industry and makes some relative policy suggestion by analyzing the potential advantage s of Changhong Ltd.
