国产硅凝胶折叠式人工晶状体应用的效果

The clinical observation on Jinhua foldable silicone lens implanta-tion.

目的 评价国产硅凝胶折叠式人工晶状体植入的临床效果。方法 50例51眼老年性白内障超声乳化吸出术联合国产硅凝胶折叠式人工晶状体植入,与32例34眼Cee On硅凝胶折叠式人工晶状体植入及51例52眼Acrysof折叠式人工晶状体植入术进行比较。结果 术后3天、1月、3月各组视力差异无显著意义;术后6月国产硅凝胶组低于其它2组(P<0.05);半年后后囊浑浊发生率国产硅凝胶组高于Acrysof组(P<0.05);无明显术中、术后并发症。结论 国产硅凝胶人工晶状体术后效果满意,术中术后并发症少。是一种可供选择使用的折叠式人工晶状体。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jinhua foldable sill-cone lens implantation. Methods 51 eyes (50 cases) of senile cataract patients underwent phacoemulsification with Jinhua foldable silicone lens implantation had compared to 34 eyes (32 cases) underwent Cee on 911A foldable silicone lens implantation and 52 eyes (51 cases) Acrysof foldable acrylic lens implantation. Results The difference of visual acuity at 3 days, 1 month, 3 months among three groups was not significant (P > 0.05) .But the visual acuity at 6 months in Jinhua group is lower than it in the other two groups. The rate of PCO in Jinhua is higher than Acrysof group ( P < 0.05 ) . The severe complications of intraocular lens implantation were not found. Conclusion Jinhua foldable silicone lens is safe and effective for patiens with senile cataract.
