小梁切除术中透明质酸钠的应用

Using sodium hyaluronate in trabeculectomy.

目的 探讨完善小梁切除手术,减少术后并发症的途径。方法 在抗青光眼小梁切除手术中使用透明质酸钠21例22眼,观察手术结果,并与未使用透明质酸钠的48例56眼比较。结果 使用透明质酸钠者术后早期并发症明显减少,与未使用透明质酸钠者比较差异具有显著性。结论 小梁切除手术中使用透明质酸钠可有效地减少手术并发症,提高成功率,简单易行,成本低廉。

Objective To study and improve the way of trabeculectomy, reduce the postoperative complications. Methods Sodium hyaluronate was used during the coures of trabeculectomy in 21 patients (22 eyes) . Post-operatively, the results were observed and compared with 48 cases (56 eyes) who didn't use it. Results The early complications after trabeculectomy were significantly decreased in sodium hyaluronate group. Conclusion Using sodium hyaluronate in trabeculectomy can reduce the complications and improve the successful rate. It is easy to operate and much cheaper.
