摘要
目的 探讨用中药辩证治疗外伤性视网膜脉络膜病变的疗效。方法 在中医理论指导下辩证辨病相结合用中药汤剂治疗外伤性视网膜脉络膜病变15例,水煎每日1剂内服2次。视病情治疗1～5月不等。结果 因外伤引起的视网膜出血吸收,视网膜水肿消退,脉络膜破裂明显修复,视力提高。治愈13例占86.6％,好转2例占13.3％。结论 中药辨证治疗外伤性视网膜病变可以使视网膜供血改善,脉络膜破裂处有明显的修复,效果良好,有部分病例恢复到正常视力。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine to traumatic retinopathy. Methods 15 cases of traumatic retinopathy were treated with traditional Chinese medicine under the order of traditional Chinese medical dialectical science. Results Retinal hemorrhage causeed by traumatic absorbed, retinal edema disappeared. Visual acuity improved. 13 cases were cured(86.6% ). Conclusion Trditional Chinese medicine treat trauma tic retinopathy is effective.
