摘要
本文综述了棉花黄萎病菌的分子鉴定 ,棉花黄萎病抗性的遗传基础 ,分子标记在棉花抗黄萎病方面的应用 。
This paper has been reviewed the recently research progresses on molecular identification of Verticillium stains, genetic basis of resistant to WTBX]VerticilliumVerticillium wilt and applications of molecular marker in cotton breeding. The latest research achievements on transgenic cotton have been also covered and the prospects of Verticillium resistant transgenic cotton have been discussed.
