摘要
目的 探讨M H琼脂中锌离子浓度影响铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南敏感试验的观察。方法 调整M H琼脂中锌离子浓度分别为 0 .0 2 5mmol/L ,0 .0 4 9mmol/L ,0 .0 98mmol/L ,0 .199mmol/L ,采用K B法进行药敏试验。结果 铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南的敏感率随着锌离子浓度的升高而降低 ,分别为 71.9% ,6 5 .6 % ,2 5 .0 % ,15 .6 % ;抑菌圈平均直径也随之减小 ,分别为 19.4mm ,19.0mm ,13.4mm ,12 .7mm。结论 锌离子浓度影响铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南敏感试验结果 ,因此在处理相关试验时 ,应考虑到锌离子浓度的影响。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the influence of zinc ionic concentrations in M H agar on imipenem susceptibility test of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. METHODS M H agar of four different zinc ionic concentrations (0.025 mmol/L , 0.049 mmol/L, 0.098 mmol/L, 0.199 mmol/L) was prepared. The imipenem susceptibility test of P. aeruginosa clinical isolates was detected by K B test. RESULTS The susceptibility rates in four zinc ionic concentrations were 71.9%, 65 6%, 25 0%, 15.6%, respectively, and the mean diameters of zones were 19.4, 19.0, 13.4, 12.7mm, respectively. The susceptibility rates of imipenem to P. aeruginosa declined along with the increase in zinc ionic concentrations. And the mean zone diameters also reduced. CONCLUSIONS There is significant influence of zinc ionic concentrations on imipenem susceptibility of P. aeruginosa. Therefore, it should pay more attention to this influence of the zinc ionic concentrations in imipenem susceptibility test.
