兔心肌梗死后肿瘤坏死因子-α的变化及卡托普利的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究兔心肌梗死 (MI)心力衰竭后血清肿瘤坏死因子 - α(TNF- α)的变化以及卡托普利对其的影响。方法 采用家兔在体大面积心肌梗死心力衰竭模型 ,测定 30只心肌梗死兔 (梗死组 )和 7只仅行开胸手术兔 (非梗死组 )血清中 TNF- α的浓度 ,30只心肌梗死兔随机分为静推卡托普利者 (干预组 )和对照者 (对照组 )各 15只 ,干预前及干预后 6周测定血清 TNF- α的浓度 ,并描记左心室收缩峰压 (L VSP)。结果 梗死组血清 TNF- α水平明显高于非梗死组 (P<0 .0 0 1)。梗死组 TNF-α与 L VSP呈显著负相关 (γ=- 0 .6 4 6 )。卡托普利干预 6周后 ,TNF-α水平显著下降 ,L VSP显著提高 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 心肌梗死心力衰竭兔血清 TNF- α水平明显升高 ,与 L VSP负相关 ,卡托普利具有对抗 TNF-α的作用 。 Objective To study the relationship between tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), and to observe the effects of captopril (Capt) in rabbits with myocardial infarction (MI). Methods Serum TNF-a were measured in 3O rabbits after myocardial infarction and 7 normal rabbits (NMI group).The 3O MI rabbits were randomized into capt group (n=15) and control group (n=15). LVSP was measured before and after 6 weeks of treatment. Results The serum levels of TNF-α in the MI rabbits were significantly higher than the NMI rabbits and the LVSP was significantly negatively correlated with the levels of TNF-α (γ=-0.646).Serum TNF-α levels were decreased (P<0.001) but LVSP increased (P<0.01) after 6 weeks of capt treatment. Conclusions In the MI rabbits,the levels of serum TNF-α were significantly increased,which were negatively correlated with LVSP.Capt can modulate the levels of serum TNF-α and improve LVSP in MI rabbits.
