摘要
根据换向传动齿轮副从上止点向下止点运动时被动齿轮运动超前的实际,从影响齿轮副倒隙的各种因素出发,在不提高齿轮副制造精度的前提下,通过控制齿轮副公法线长度及其偏差从而有效地控制齿轮副的最大齿侧间隙,以满足传动的特殊要求。本文给出了其设计准则及计算公式并进行了实例计算。
Based on the fact of driven gear moving prior to normal locality when driving gear pair moving from upper dead center to lower dead center, considering all influential elements, die maximum backlash of gear pair can be controlled to satisfy the special driving requirement through controlling the length and deviation of its common normal without increasing its manufacture precision. The design principles, calculating formularies, as well as actual example are proposed.
