文章介绍了我国民用修船企业的分布 ,典型修船企业的维修生产组织管理的模式 ,分析了这几种管理模式的特点 。
This paper introduces the distribution of our civilused shiprepair enterprises and the typical models of maintenance organizing and managing for shiprepair enterprises,analyses their characteristics and puts forward some ideas to improve maintenance organizing and management.
