摘要
文章研究带油钢板吸油及渗油情况 ,了解带油钢板吸油机理 ,在此基础上进行带油涂装底漆的研制 ,通过配方设计、测试等反复试验工作 ,研制出带油涂装防腐底漆 。
Based on study of the oil sucking ship plate and its mechanism,this paper introduces the developing of priming paint for coating to oil sucking ship plate through the prescription and the course of repeated tests.With such antiseptic priming paint,the difficutlt technical problem can be solved to recoat the surface of oil sucking ship plate.
