摘要
CT6-7催化剂于2001年装入川西北净化厂硫磺回收装置进行了工业试验。川西北净化厂共有两套硫磺回收装置,两套装置的规模与工艺条件基本相当。由于部分使用CT6-7催化剂,使得B套一级反应器的转化效果明显优于A套,COS水解率平均值高于A套约2个百分点,CS_2水解率高于A套约24个百分点,致使一级反应器硫转化率高于A套约7个百分点。
The industrial experiment had succeeded for the new sulphur recovery catalyst CT6 - 7 in the Natural Gas Purification Factory of Sichuan Northwest Gas Field in 2001 .There are two similar sulfur recovery units. The sulfur conversion of the first reactor in unit B is higher than unit A because of using CT6 - 7. Average COS hydrolysis for unit B is about 2 percent more than unit A. Average CS2 hydrolysis for unit B is 24 percent higher than A, the sulphur conversion of the first reactor for B unit is higher about 7 percent.
