高温条件下AMPS共聚物溶液性能及浓度测定技术研究

摘要 研究了高温(85℃)高含盐(1.2×105mg/L)条件下,AMPS共聚物溶液吸光度(E)、粘度(η)和水解度(H)随受热老化时间(t)的变化规律.结果表明,受热老化时间增加,吸光度和粘度降低,水解度升高.AMPS共聚物水解度是影响其溶液吸光度大小的关键因素,给出了不同老化时间AMPS共聚物溶液的C-E标准方程,并初步用于矿场注聚和调驱对应油井采出液聚合物浓度测定,为准确测定高温高含盐条件下AMPS共聚物溶液的浓度提供了一种新方法. The effects of time of thermal ageing on absorbance, viscosity and hydrolysis degree of AMPS copolymer aqueous solution in hard brines at high temperature are investigated systematically. The experimental results show that as time of thermal ageing goes on, the absorbance and viscosity of AMPS copolymer solution decrease and the degree of hydrolysis of AMPS copolymer increases. The degree of hydrolysis is a key factor of effecting absorbance of AMPS copolymer aqueous solution, it has a linear relationship between the amide group content and the absorbance of AMPS copolymer solution in concentration range 8 - 200 mg/L. An accurate method for determining concentration of AMPS copolymer is provided under high temperature and high content of salt.
