对“零点方案”的非标准政治经济学解读随着中国改革开放以来的制度变迁,“私产入宪”呼声日高。所谓“零点方案”,是指要求政府对富人实行一个税收赦免的一揽子计划,过去的事既往不咎,解脱富人的原罪,为“私产入宪”铺路。“零点方案”从整体上颠覆了改革开放以来中国所有关于先富者的神话,说明对现代化道路的探索并未摆脱历史宿命,其结果是激发民族内部矛盾,加速利益阶层之间的分化。

With the institutional changes in China since reform began in China, constitutionalstatus of the private property is often suggested. One of the propositions is the 'Zeroplan' that pardons all the rich people with a package of the tax exemption by pardoningall the original sins. This proposition turns the millionnairs' myth since the opening andreform upside down in a overall way. This is to say that the Chinese pursuit of themodernization has not got rid of the historical fate and this would trigger the internalconflicts and hasten the polarization process among different strata.
