中药液冲洗鼻咽癌患者鼻咽部的疗效观察

Observations on the Healing Effect of Flushing Nasopharyngeal of NPC Patients with the Chinese Medicine Liquid

目的 观察中药液冲洗鼻咽癌患者鼻咽部的疗效。方法 随机将200例鼻咽癌患者分为实验组(中药液冲洗)100例,对照组(0.9%生理盐水冲洗)100例。结果 鼻咽癌患者用中药液冲洗鼻咽部,既能保持鼻咽部干净,又能提高癌细胞对放射线的敏感性,还能减轻放疗副作用,与对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0. 01).结论 中药液冲洗是一种辅助治疗鼻咽癌患者的有效手段。

Objective To observe the healing effect of flushing nasopharyngeal of NPC patients with the Chinese Medicine Liquid. Methods 220 NPC patients were randomly divided into the tested group(Chinese Medicine Liquid, n= 100) and the contrasted group (physiology, n=100). Results Flushing nasopharyngeal of NPC patients by the Chinese Medicine Liquid not only made nasopharyngeal clear but also made cancer celis more sensitive to radioactive ray and decreased side effects of radiothera-py, as compared to controls (P < 0. 01). Conclusions It is suggested that the Chinese Medicine Liquid is an effective method for assisting the treatment of NPC patients.
