应用田七粉加先锋铋治疗褥疮的临床研究

Clinical Study of Treating Bed Sore with Tianqi Powder and Cephalosporin

目的 观察田七粉加先锋铋治疗褥疮的疗效。方法 田七粉凡士林加先锋铋外敷。结果 31例褥疮患者治愈17例,有效11例,显效2例,无效1例,总有效率为97％。结论 本方法用于褥疮的治疗和护理是一种科学有效方法体现了中西医结合的优越性,对于开拓褥疮的治疗和护理新途径具有积极意义,值得在临床上进一步研究探讨和实践。

Objective To observe the curative effect to treat bed sore with Tianqi powder and cephalosporin. Methods After epluchage with tianqi powder vaseline gauze and cephalosporin for exter-nal application. Results Among 31 cases of patients, 17 cases were cured 11 cases were effective, only one case was inefficacy, the total effective rate was 97 %. Conclusions The method is an effective method to treat bed sore, and represent the advantages of Chinese and Western medicine integration. It help us to make a new way of bed sore treatment and nursing. It isi worth to study further.
