摘要
随着普及九年制义务教育的实施,同一班级学生的思维品质、知识、能力差异十分突出.分层次教学是解决划一的教学模式与分化的学生矛盾的一种教学方法.分层次教学以因材施教原则和心理效应原理为理论依据,有分层整体教学法和分层复式教学法2种.分层次教学的内容主要包括:学生分层,教学目标分层,教学过程分层,评估测试分层等.分层次教学可以端正教师的教育思想,面向全体学生,促进素质教育实施,提高数学教学质量.
With the implementation of nine-year抯 complusory education, the discrepancy of students?character, knowledge and ability was distinct. The main contradiction need to be settled was the conflict between the uniformity of education model and the differentiation of students. So we brought forward the concept of 搇ayered education? which was a good education mode to resolve the former problem. It could be divided into two forms, one was layered unitary education and the other is layered double education. Both education forms were based on the principle of teaching students in accordance of their aptitude and using affection as a precondition. During the layered education, it obtained remarkable effects through the differentiation of students, education objections, education processes and evaluations. What抯 more, it not only corrected the education ideology, promotes the implementation of diathesis education through facing to all students and increases the mathematics teaching quality but also it trained a large number of mathematics cadres and subject leaders.
