摘要
介绍了北京市智能交通管理系统的结构和内容,即两大系统,智能化交通指挥调度系统和理代化交通管理信息系统,并详细论述了其中的八个项目,各项目以动、静态交通信息和交通管理业务为对象,以信息技术、自动控制技术、交通工程技术等ITS技术方法和系统工程方法为手段,实施交通指挥调度、交通综合信息管理、交通警务管理、交通业务管理的自动化和高效率;最后对系统完成后的运行效益进行了评估.
This paper introduces the structure and content of Beijing ITMS which indudes two big systems such as intelligent traffic dispatching system and modernized traffic management information system. 8 items of it have been discussed in detail , which are based on dynamic and static traffic information or traffic management tasks or business , take IT technology, auto-control technology, traffic engineering technology and systems engineering technology to be tools, to make traffic dispatching, traffic comprehensive information management, traffic police business and service management automatic and high-efficient. This paper assesses the efficiency of post-project at the final section.
