摘要
根据审计处收发文管理的具体流程,结合工作流的基本参考模型,对电子审计系统的收发文管理流程进行了设计和预定义。给出了利用群件实现工作流管理的具体方案,以实现流程自动化和协同工作的目标,从整体上提高了审计工作的效率和质量。
The document Workflow is designed and predefined according to the real flow in the audit department and the basic pattern of workflow. A solution to how to develop groupware-based workflow management in OA is showed. It makes workflow automatism and working cooperation come to realize. In the result, the efficiency and quality of audit is improved.
