摘要
研究了桃蚜茧蜂(Aphidius gifuensis)的大量繁殖及大棚应用技术。结果表明,(24±1)℃条件下,在盆栽萝卜植株上,1头成桃蚜(Myzus persicae)经10d可繁殖270头蚜虫,每头雌蜂平均产卵160-200粒,平均寄生桃蚜130.4头,可获得僵蚜.102.1-141.6头,收集的僵蚜经低温处理后羽化率与对照组无显著差异。桃蚜茧蜂的大量繁殖采用5室繁蜂法,每10d理论上可生产蚜茧蜂近万头,用于繁蜂的萝卜每株可获得僵蚜657-1895头,平均每株1182.6头。大棚释放蚜茧蜂后,寄生率从放蜂前的0.05%上升到97.3%,平均每株蚜量从放蜂前的36.7头下降到1.36头,有蚜株率从放蜂前的34%下降到7%,基本控制了蚜虫的危害。
A technique to mass reproduction of Aphidius gifuensis and utilization of this parasite against Myzus persicae was studied. The result shows that, under (24±1)℃ , a adult aphid Raohanus sativus, could reproduced 270 offspring in 10 days in radish, and a female parasite could oviposit from 160 to 200 eggs into 130.4 aphids on average, thus 102.1 -142.6 mumified aphids could be reproduced. There was insignificant difference between the emergence rate of host mummies refrigerated under 4℃ temperature, compared to the contrast. With the method of '5 room', an average of 1182.6, range from 657 to 1895 parasites could be propagated on one small radish and about 10 thousands of braconids could be reproduced in every 10 days. The harm of aphid was controlled after the parasite were released in greenhouses, the parasitism rate of aphids were increased from 0.05 % to 97.3 % , the population of aphids on one plant decreased from 36.7 to 1.36 in average, and the percentage of plants with aphids were decreased from 34 % to 7 % .
