摘要
测试了10种天然脂肪酸类化合物对菜粉蝶(Pieris rapae)以及豆圆蝽(Megacopta cribraria)、稻蓟马(Thrips oryzae)、桃蚜(Myzus persicae)、豆毒蛾(Cifuna locuple)、小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)、甜菜夜蛾(Spodoptera exigua)、斜纹夜蛾(Prodenia litura)等4个目12个属15种昆虫不同龄期幼虫的杀虫活性。根据不同用药方法的试验结果,初步认为脂肪酸类化合物渗透和堵塞昆虫呼吸道并覆盖呼吸细胞表面,造成呼吸系统细胞膜破坏致使虫体丧失正常生理功能是致死的主要因素。部分化合物试用于甘蓝田间除虫取得良好防效并讨论了利用天然脂肪酸作为农林、园艺作物害虫非药物防治新技术的可行性。
Insecticidal action of fatty acid compounds on Pieris rapae larvae etc. 15 species of various in-star larvae under 12 genera of 4 orders was assessed in laboratory. The results of soaking experiments demonstrated that the main lethal factor could be that the compounds penetrantd and blocked the insect's respiratory tract, covered epithelial cell and therefore the cell membrane was destroyed and the normal physiological functions of larvae were disturbed. Several fatty acid compounds applied to cabbage field showed a good efficacy against Pieris rapae and cabbage moth (Plutella xylostella) . The feasibility of applying natural fatty compounds as a new technique of non-drug deinsectization in agriculture was also discussed.
