摘要
从发病雏鸭采集病料,以SPF鸡胚分离病毒,经血清学试验和病毒回归雏鸭试验确认为鸭肝炎病 毒;对发病鸭场的流行病学、临床症状及病理变化作了简要描述。
The duck hepatitis virus was isolated from materials of sickness young ducks, using SPF chick embryo. And the virus was confirmed by Koch's postulates and serological test. Here we gave simply description on epidemiology, clinical symptom and pathology transformation of this disease.
