鸽新城疫病毒的分离鉴定及灭活油乳化疫苗的研制 被引量:3

摘要 通过对上海及周边地区鸽新城疫的流行病学调查、临床症状、病毒分离、病毒回归鸽试验及血清学 试验,证实了鸽新城疫的广泛流行。利用分离的鸽新城疫毒株研制了鸽新城疫灭活油乳化疫苗,疫苗安全、免疫 效果良好,第5周达到抗体高峰7.8 log2,免疫持续期较长,能有效地抵御当前流行株强毒的攻击。 That pigeon Newcastle disease was an epidemic in Shanghai and adjacent area was confirmed by the epidemological investigation,clinical symptoms,virus isolation,Koch's postulates and serological test. The inactivated oil-emulsion Newcastle disease virus vaccine was made by using the strain of the virus isolated. The vaccine is safe and has a good immuno-effect. The titre of antibody is up to 7.8 log2 at 5th week and lasts a longer time against the infection.
