摘要
实验研究了二甲胺(DMAM)在二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶剂回收系统中对甲酸生成的抑制作用,得到了DMF焦油酸度随二甲胺加入比例的变化规律;对实验数据进行了回归,得到了对实际生产具有一定指导作用的通用性方程式;提出了DMF溶剂回收过程的工艺流程改造方案。
The influence of DMAM to the formic acid s production in the DMF solvent recovery system is researched. The change rule of the DMF solution's acidity with the added amount of DMAM is derived. A universal equation that has certain guideline for the practical production is obtained by the regression of the experimental data. A new scheme about the revamping of DMF solvent recovery system is provided.
